What is the Capacity of the venue?

The indoor event building comfortably accommodates 50–60 guests with tables and chairs. Outdoor areas are available for ceremonies and photo

What is included with the venue rental?

All rentals include the event building, 2 indoor restrooms, parking for 30-50 vehicles, sound system, window air conditioning unit, heater, and access to 11 acres with a pond for photography.

How long is the rental period?

Our rental periods are in 4 hour blocks. Setup and breakdown time are included. You may rent the venue for the whole day which would include the hours of 9am-7pm. You may also purchase additional hours with the 4-hour package if available!

Is the venue climate controlled?

The venue is not fully HVAC-equipped. A window air conditioner and heater are provided, but interior temperatures may vary depending on weather conditions.

Can we bring our own food or caterer?

Yes you may use an outside licensed caterer, approved food vendor, or bring your own.

Is alcohol allowed?

Alcohol is permitted with a licensed bartender or designated server. All alcohol service must comply with local and state laws and end at the agreed event time.

Are ceremonies allowed on-site?

Yes Iron House Farms is ideal for small ceremonies, receptions, and private events.

Can we use the outdoor areas and pond?

Yes. The property offers scenic outdoor areas for photos. Guests must remain within approved areas at all times.

What animal experiences are available?

Animal experiences may include a mini cow, donkey, or goat and are available through select packages or add-ons. All interactions are supervised and require a signed waiver.

What is required to reserve a date?

A signed agreement and a non-refundable booking retainer are required to secure your event date.

Is there a damage deposit?

Yes a refundable damage deposit of $300 is required and returned after the event if no damage occurs.

Can we decorate the venue?

Freestanding décor is allowed. Nails, screws, open flames, confetti, and glitter are not permitted unless approved.

Is music allowed?

Yes. A sound system is provided. Music must end at the agreed event end time.
